(1) complete protein:   is me uttam protein ya uttch javik mulaye waale protein paaye jaate h.
Is me sahi asinchil amino acid uchit matrya m paaye jaate h.
Ye nirnatamak karta karte h, animal protein se prapt bhojaya padartho m uttam protein hote h.for ex. Milk, card and meat etc.
Sukhe maiwe or soyabeen m bhi adhik matrya m uttam protein pays jaata h.                                      

(2) Aanshik complete protein:
Is me asinchil amino acid ki matrya madhyam hoti h. Is me kuch aawashshyak amino acid upasthit  hote h. Or kuch an upasthit hote h.
